For the Southern Water Tribe, you should designate whether this is before or after they gain their independence from the Northern Water Tribe, with a Pre-Rebellion map showing a single government ruling over both.įor the Northern Air Temple, I don't think the Air Nomads really held control over anything but the surrounding mountains and the Earth Kingdom were probably the ones who actually controlled that territory. It should therefore be regarded as a part of the Earth Kingdom.

They are held in trust to the Avatar and the remaining Airbenders, which makes me believe they are mostly cared for by Air Acolytes and White Lotus personnel. You've given the United Republic of Nations way too much Earth Kingdom territory and the Air territories do not belong to them at all.
